  Like most people, the dentist is my least favorite place. When I originally called to tell them my issue (lost filling) the receptionist answering the phone wanted no part in listening to my genuine concern for making sure they read my file and getting a game plan in order before setting the appointment. Her response “let me have someone call you with a better idea than that” whatever that meant but ok! Never got that phone call. I have called TWICE since then to have Dr Canfield call me before my appointment and I have NEVER gotten a call. Not only am I cancelling my appointment I am taking my business elsewhere. Seeing that I have a debilitating disease in my face known as the “suicide disease” and need a little extra care from dentists such as a game plan on how to limit the shocks in my face when they are in there drilling and I can’t even get a phone call! Thanks but no thanks.
